The stuff brought back home from the Old Toy Swap~ <3
The first issue of the Jurassic Park comic, based on the first movie. Some of the characters look nothing alike their movie counterparts and there's something really awkward about Alan Grant in particular... The comic ends when the characters are about to meet the sick Triceratops.
Jurassic Park baby T-Rex! If you look closely you can see that there is a bandage sculpted onto the leg. I didn't even notice it at first! Furthermore, I found a bootleg and a genuine Chap Mei T-Rex, it doesn't take much to figure out which one of them is the bootleg, observing the quality of the eye paint in particular.
Some dog figures for me to repaint, actually I haven't done that in a while..... I should probably get on to it, those dog figures are starting to pile up. The one on the far left I thought for sure would be an American Akita, but it turns out it's actually supposed to be a Husky. I've never seen a Husky looking like that. Left to right we have "Shogun" the Husky (seriously? a Husky!?), "Sparky" the Dalmatian made by TOPPS, a German Shepherd by Safari Ltd. and finally a Collie by unknown manufacturer (Hong Kong).
MLP G1 Daffodil, the snow horse from Moomin (missing its tail), workhorse with no markings (Britains Ltd. Clydesdale?) and two carousel ponies that I wish I knew what they were a part of.
Moominmamma, Prison guard (? I forgot this dude's name) and a Tokyo MewMew minifigure.
Star Wars and Moomin PEZ candy dispensers. This was literally the first seller's table I stopped by and he had it all, but luckily my conscience wouldn't let me spend all my money when there still was at least 84 other merchants' inventories left unchecked. So I picked the three SW characters I wanted the most and the Moomin ones came as a package. After my purchase, the dealer then asked me if I was a PEZ collector and I told him "No, I just like collecting Moomin and Star Wars stuff". Then he gave me a look that told me he thought I must have some screws loose. What, can't I like both? :D
Vulture Droid and "Twisted by the Dark Side, young Skywalker has become."
Prepare for trouble and make it double! TLOTR Ringwraith (Nazgûl) and Team Rocket's James. Alright, I'll admit. I didn't know who or what that black cloaked figure was when I bought it. I had a suspicion of what it might be, but regardless, I think it looks insanely cool (like the Grim Reaper!) and therefore I must have it.
I can't leave a miniature convention without buying something miniature, now can I?
Hmm, you can't really tell they are super small when there's nothing to give you a scale? My bad.
Olen nähnyt customi postauksesi blogissassi. Lopputuloksesta tuli tosi hieno! Varsinkin Hopsun perhe näyttää kivalta :)
