Light Up Lightsabers (Tomy)

I finally gave in and bought a blind bag containing a lightsaber keyring that I have seen being sold in stores for a while now. I personally think they're quite expensive at 6,50€ (compared to various other blind bag toys that usually cost between 3-5€), so that's why I haven't bought one until now. It's never been a good feeling to pay more money than you'd like when there's no guarantee you even get the one you want.

Like the blind bag says, there a six different lightsabers to collect. Anakin Skywalker's, Darth Vader's, Darth Maul's, Obi-Wan Kenobi's, Yoda's and Luke Skywalker's. Of course, the only one I was really targeting for was Maul's saber.
As far I can tell there's no visible way to identify which lightsaber is inside just by looking at the packaging.  So, in order to get the saber I wanted I had to "feel through" the bag and based on the shape of the hilt, guess who's lightsaber it was. Which wasn't that hard to do if you know what you're looking for, since all the hilts have a unique shape.

I was sort of lucky that the store I went to had only three bags left, so it wasn't much of a task to figure out the insides of all three. I can imagine what kind of pain it would be having to feel through a whole box of them searching for the one you want.
I was pretty sure that the two I left in the store were Anakin's and Obi-Wan's sabers and the one I bought would contain the half of Maul's double blade. I waited until I got home to open the bag, and sure enough, I picked the right one!

You also get a surprise coloring page/illustration of the saber's owner. I think the keyring is too heavy and clunky to actually carry your keys in and the "lightbeam" would be at the constant risk of breaking. It doesn't even substitute for a flashlight that well, unless you are devoid of all light, I guess it's better than nothing then. Just another beautifully useless stuff to the collection...
