Old banners

2020 -

2015 - 2020

7. Pretty much the same as the last one, just toned down a little bit. Now there is a little more air to it and it doesn't feel as crowded. Still, I feel something is missing, but I don't want to overdo it again! In this header we have, again, a few favorite characters and drawings I generally think are awesome to look at.

6. This was up only for a day, because as soon as I put it up, I realized I didn't like it at all. It didn't work with the background, the colors don't look good and it's just too overcrowded and feels heavy. "Back to the drawing board" as they say. I really liked the images I chose for this one though. I just had to find a way to edit it down a bit.

2014 - 2015

5. I'm really happy with this one. It portrays some of my favorite images from their respective comics (well, except the Moomin one...). I also dropped the tagline, because it was always a hassle to fit somewhere and it really didn't tell you much anything. No point having it. I definitely want to keep any future banners in this kind of  style or at least not stray too far from it.

4. Man, I really liked this one. However, it didn't represent the wide range of this blog's subject matters at all. Despite how it may seem at times, this blog isn't all about Star Wars and Darth Maul, therefore I had to (reluctantly) let it go.

1-3. Boy, did I start off all gray and gloomy regarding the colors of this blog.
As I said in my very first post on this blog, I absolutely love Sora's expression in this image, because it represents so well that moment when you find something you've been looking for. I was planning on adding many other manga characters in a "looking up pose", like that Pikachu over there, but I grew tired of it before that could happen. Hopefully, one day, I'll return to this one and bring conclusion to my original idea.
