Venom squirt gun, assuming it is one, otherwise I see no point in those holes in the hands and why its made of soft plastic and its hollow. Kinda ugly and cute at the same time.
This maybe came from a package with a racing car toy, it sure looks like a pit stop guy. There is no copyright sign or anything on the figurine. I just thought it had a scifi feel to it, kinda reminds me of Gort from The Day the Earth Stood Still (1951).
